Our founder
Claire Tendo is a fashion designer with a lifetime of experience in garment construction and design. Born with a passion for craftsmanship and an eye for detail, she began sewing at the age of eight and sold her first designs in a fashion store before twenty.
Claire’s journey has taken her across continents — from her early work in Africa, where she founded the CLAIRE TENDO brand, to her current base in Bangkok, Thailand, where she specializes in luxury uniforms for hotels, restaurants, and hospitality brands. Her work blends timeless tailoring with thoughtful storytelling, always considering identity, environment, and function.
Today, Claire leads a growing company dedicated to creating garments that make people look sharp and feel confident, while reflecting the spirit of the spaces they represent. Whether designing for a beachfront resort, a boutique café, or a corporate brand, she brings a deep respect for detail, durability, and elegant simplicity.
